As long as our products are hand-made, they need time to take the final shape. The average lead time for order execution is 14 working days. The implementation may be extended due to external factors, we apologize. The maximum delivery time (including the preparation of the goods, handover and delivery to the carrier) is 21 working days.

If you want time, please contact us in advance to determine whether a given product is not in stock or whether the implementation will not be faster.

In a period of increased interest in products, e.g. before Easter, Christmas (in November-December), the lead time is 21 working days. P we’re going to contact us if you care about a Christmas present. We will let you know what the lead time is.

However, we try to make our products reach you as soon as possible. Products that are not manufactured by us and we are in stock are available immediately. Shipping usually takes place within 24 hours to 72 hours (unless it is a purchase combined with the Bambooko product).
